Chakra’s are energy centers in your body. There are 7 major Chakra’s associated with the physical body. Those centers receive, assimilate, and express your life force energy. Each one holds your spiritual information and has its own attribute. The 4th Chakra, also known as your heart center, is the center associated with identity, love and fulfillment. It is also where spiritual & body energies meet bringing spiritual consciousness into your physical world.
When this chakra is out of balance it can lead to looking outside your self for answers and a feeling of dissatisfaction in your life. When IN balance you have affinity, feel satisfied, fulfilled and you are in alignment with who you are as spirit and all you are creating.
In this workshop you’ll be working on opening the 4th chakra, bringing it into alignment with who you are as spirit in the body and clearing out old hurts you may still hold in your heart. Clearing the 4th Chakra creates balance & harmony in all areas of your life and when you are in harmony with YOU, you have so much more to offer!
The workshop is designed for the beginner as well as those who already have a meditation practice and the techniques you learn are yours to use forever. This type of meditation is done comfortably sitting in a chair. You will leave the workshop with a deeper knowledge of self, a renewed sense of identity and inner peace.
