GO GREEN for Earth Day!

Earth Day is a day dedicated to honoring the earth and its valuable resources. It is designed to inspire awareness and appreciation for the Earth’s environment. Officially Earth Day, which is dedicated to ‘celebrate’ and raise awareness is today, GOING GREEN is something to be aware of EVERY DAY!

~GOING GREEN~ is not only for the EARTH! You are OF and connected TO the earth. Not only are YOU a valuable resource on this planet but you have valuable resources you can access. Do you honor yourself as a valuable resource on a daily basis?

As you turn your attention within you are becoming more aware of who you really are. When you allow your valuable energy to flow through you and let go of all that is not, you create tremendous growth and change for yourself. The more often you do this, the more you are growing and expanding your awareness. Did you know that when you are creating change and growth in your life, your AURA actually turns GREEN!

It’s true! Much like the trees begin to bud in the spring, you are budding with new growth. And with this new growth comes a change in the landscape! So are you ~GOING GREEN~ these days? One way to find out is to ask yourself; How have you been treating your body, spiritual and physical environments? Just as you honor the earth, you must honor your own environments.

Take a moment to check in with yourself and the space around you. Are you eating healthy foods, caring for and giving to your body? Are you taking time in your daily life to nurture your spirit by allowing yourself just to BE? Is your physical space clean and in order? If you notice things are messy and out-of-place in your physical surroundings; It is a sign! If you don’t feel good; It is a sign! If you find your attention on everything and everybody except YOU…THAT’S A SIGN!

All those ‘signs’ are indicators that maybe it’s time to do a little clean up. You may have picked up some negativity or toxic energy so get out the hazardous materials suit and begin cleaning out any waste that may have accumulated. Throw out and let go of the garbage you’ve been responsible for carrying around merely because you weren’t aware it wasn’t yours!

Once you’ve cleaned things up a bit, it’s time to shine it up! Take a deep breath, bring your attention back to you and feel your connection with the earth. Then allow the biggest, brightest most illuminating sun you can imagine to shine on you!

Feel its warmth on your face! Feel the rays permeate every cell in your body! Allow yourself to bud, grow and expand! Honor & celebrate all the natural resources you hold within. YOU ARE your own personal most valuable resource……! Shine your light~ Debbie

You are a PRICELESS GEM!

YOU are a priceless diamond!! You are multi-faceted, have your own unique color, clarity, depth and sparkle! There is no way to put a value on all that is you! YOU ARE PRICELESS!

As you may know, a diamond starts out as a very hard rock and must be cut & polished to become a brilliant shining gem.

There is an art to cutting and the rock is so hard that it must cut with diamond-bladed edges. So, in order to create the shiny diamond, a diamond must be used!

Once the diamond has been cut to its perfect shape, it must be polished to reveal its true depth, clarity and sparkle. Have you caught on to where I’m going with this yet? 🙂

Are you a diamond in the rough surrounded and stuck in what seems like a ‘rock’ of programming and you are waiting to artfully cut yourself out?

Have you uncovered who you are, finding your perfect ‘shape’ and want to polish up so you can sparkle and shine even more brilliantly?

What sometimes can feel like a hard impenetrable rock is energy and you don’t need to be stuck in the middle of it! Much like using a diamond-bladed edge to cut a diamond, your energy, which belongs in your space, can cut through the ‘rock’ effortlessly and the rest falls away!

Although cutting a diamond requires specialized knowledge, tools, equipment, and techniques because of its extreme hardness, a diamond cutter didn’t miraculously wake up with all the techniques and equipment, knowing what to do. They had a little help and direction along the way! 🙂

Meditation is a wonderful tool to help you reveal and bring back your sparkle! Once you let go of the ‘rock’ you’ll shine up quite nicely don’t you think!

You already have your answers within. You already know who you are, what you want to create and how to live from your brilliant self if you choose to!

What can happen is there are times when you get so caught up in the middle of other energies, you can lose a bit of perspective. Your brilliance can get dulled. Even a diamond needs to be cleaned every now and then. 🙂

If you don’t quite feel like a master diamond cutter yet that’s ok! Every skill takes time to master 🙂 If you don’t have the tools, you can learn them and by all means don’t hesitate to ask for some help and direction along the way!

You are a precious gem to behold! Just uncover, polish and shine up your sparkly self! Remember that you are priceless and feeling anything less is not your energy! Shine on you crazy diamonds! ~Shine your light! Debbie
