day’s Healing Message: We are rich beyond measure when we send and receive love sprinkled with gratitude for both the sending and receiving.

When was the last time you took a moment to send and receive gratitude and love? Notice I asked about sending AND receiving. Most of the time I think we are so focused on sending it out we forget that energy is not one-sided.
Each of us deserves to receive as much as we give and perhaps we can give this gift to ourselves instead of waiting for others to give it to us. Our minds can create the image of a gratitude flow which is indeed an infinite source of contentment!
Why not take a moment to give it a try now? Gently close your eyes and picture someone you love. Imagine sending them love and gratitude. Notice how it makes you feel to send it. Now imagine receiving love and gratitude from that person. Notice an effortless flow of energy between you. Notice how it makes you feel.
If you really want to grow a space and cultivate more gratitude and love in your life, do this daily not only with those you love but use your mind to do this with those you pass on the street. The grocery clerk. Your waiter at the restaurant.

The more you give AND receive the beautiful vibrations of gratitude and love the more they multiply.
RADIATE LOVE AND GRATITUDE…. Your communication with yourself and others will shift. You will experience joy and love as you gaze at the world.
