A Message from the Angels: Take Your Rightful Place in the World

The other night while meditating there was suddenly a flood of golden light. It filled the room and surrounded me with gentle, loving grace. It was then I received a message from the angels. The message was simple “take your rightful place in the world”.  While the initial message was short and sweet it came with a superabundance of information and insight.

TAKE YOUR RIGHTFUL PLACE IN THE WORLD. What does that even mean? Each of us has a path and purpose which adds to the oneness and greater good of all. Many times people lower their vibration, shrink and hide from the world lest they feel vulnerable.  Taking your rightful place in the world can only be accomplished by stepping up and bringing to the table (so to speak) all that you are.  Shining in this world does make you vulnerable but taking your rightful place and holding your head tall and proud brings peace to your spirit and soul.

Taking your rightful place in the world does not mean you are exempt from being human and experiencing challenges for we are all here to learn and experience different things. Not everyone will step up and be a great artist or dancer or writer or whatever it is you’d like to step up and do. Taking your rightful place means you exist, you are human and you have a right to be you. You have the right to speak, live a passionate life and have good and even a few not so pretty growth periods.

Taking your rightful place does not mean letting your ego run rampant, steamrolling over people or that you know everything about yourself and others. I haven’t met a omniescent person yet but I’ve certainly met many who think they are. Taking your rightful place in this world is about being who you are, accepting who you are and meeting your challenges with grace and compassion. In fact, taking your rightful place means allowing others to be who they are and allowing them their own growth periods, the good, bad and ugly.

You have nothing to prove nor is there anything that needs validating from outside of you. It is about you giving yourself the space to be with the knowledge that you have a right to be here. Taking your rightful place in the world will be different for everyone and the fact is; It is our differences and diversity which, when not judged, enhance all of our lives.

Although you may feel vulnerable at first but it will be OK. Everything will turn out the way it is supposed to. If things aren’t going well for you check to see if your stuck in the past or worried about the future. Check to see if you’ve had similar challenges in the past. If so, that would show you are still working on the energy. Notice if there’s energy of shame. The energy of shame means you are coming from a place of trying to live up to someone else’s expectations of who they think you should be.

Take your rightful place in the world by stepping up and truly being yourself. Forgive yourself if you feel at some level you haven’t lived up to someone else’s expectations. Be proud of who you are. Accept your situation and know you have the ability to choose in an instant to get un-stuck and move forward. You have the ability and choice to change.

Also, know this; Your angels and guides are surrounding you with love. They are there to help and guide you. You are not alone. Consider your angels and guides your personal cheering section as you decide right here and now to TAKE YOUR RIGHTFUL PLACE IN THE WORLD~Shine Your Light Debbie

Your Life As a Labor of Love

LifeWhatever tasks or jobs you do you have a part to play in this world and the best way to serve the world is by being yourself and considering everything you do as a contribution to society and the world at large.

In essence your life is labor of love as you radiate your passion and unique gifts to all you come in contact with and even those you’ve never met. The contribution you make, no matter your task, has value beyond measure!

In the United States, Labor Day is the first Monday in September and marks the symbolic end of summer. It is celebrated with barbeques and families get together as we prepare for fall, NFL and college football but did you know that Labor Day is dedicated to the social and economic achievements of workers?  It is a yearly national tribute to the contributions workers have made to the strength, prosperity, and well-being of the country.  Have you ever considered that everything you do at some level affects others and is indeed a contribution to the strength, prosperity and well-being of others?

“There is honor in all work, in all tasks, but take it one step further. Make what you do a labor of love. Then your work will truly touch and change the world in the way you desire. The work you do, whatever your chosen field, will be the work that heals.”~Journey to the Heart Melody Beattie

Whether you are a factory worker, waiter, actor, doctor, lawyer or stay at home Mom or Dad, whatever your task, there is value and you can change and heal the world when you consciously decide to steep all that you do in love. Take this Labor Day (even if you’re not in the US) to honor all that you contribute to the whole.

Your strength gives others permission to be strong. Your prosperity gives others permission to prosper and caring for yourself gives you energy to care for others. Your life as a labor of love contributes to love in the world and it is your choice to share your gifts with the world by simply being yourself and honoring your contribution.

The most valuable gift you give to the world is living a life filled with passion, joy and love. No matter your task, do what you love, love what you do and be your unique self to inspire others to do the same. “The work you do, whatever your chosen field, will be the work that heals”. ~Shine Your Light Debbie
