Is there something you see in the picture that holds more value to you than the other things? Which would you rather have? A Book? A coffee cup? Money?

As I was scrolling through my Facebook feed one day I came across this picture taken by my friend Jonathan Pitts with the words “Today, through my travels, I’ve got Dollars, Euros, and Pounds at the same time. Because of that I’m reminded that they’re just paper.”

A profound statement to be sure. Although he was referring to the ‘currency’ from different countries it struck me that ALL of the items pictured are made of paper and it is merely how we think about those items that gives them value.

If you could pick just one of the items pictured which one would you pick? While we most certainly (at least I sincerely hope we) value books, surely we don’t value a coffee cup the same way. While we might think highly of both the book or coffee cup if given a choice of all three items we would, more than likely, choose the money.

Why wouldn’t we? It has the most value right? I should also ask, which currency you chose because all of them have different values.  Unless you trade currency or are a world traveler or banker, you probably picked the one that has the most value to YOU.

As of today we would have to pay $1.09 USD to buy one Euro and $1.29 USD to buy one British Pound. The British Pound is more valuable according to currency markets. You did pick the British Pound right? Value is a funny thing when we realize it’s simply a piece of paper that we, as a society or country, have assigned a value.

At one time cattle and salt were extremely valuable. They were the currency of their time. Can you imagine if your employer told you they were going to give you a cow or pay you in salt instead of a paycheck? You’d be looking for another job post-haste.

As you can see, what we value is fluid, based on our collective agreement. How we think about and judge money is what gives it value. There are those who think about money as the end all, be all and spend a great deal of time trying to attain great wealth. There are those who reject money because of what it represents to them. There are those obsessed with it and those who couldn’t care less about it.

Many people carry a great deal of judgement about money. The reality is that it is not good or bad and yet we give up a great deal of our space to what we perceive as an almighty, powerful piece of paper. In and of itself, as Jonathan pointed out, money is “just paper.”

I’m not suggesting that money doesn’t have value or that we don’t need it in today’s society to live. We certainly need it according to societal norms. This, however, is simple food for thought as I get to the real point about value as it relates to our self-worth. You knew I’d get to the point sooner or later!

Is your self-worth connected or attached to money?

Does your perceived value (self-worth) go up or down depending on how much you have in the bank? Are you a book full of talent, knowledge and stories waiting for others to see your value before you see it yourself? Are you an empty paper cup waiting for someone to fill you up?

It’s fascinating how much of our space and power we give over to those things in the physical world. If we equate our value with income or how much we have in the bank we are looking outside of ourselves. In effect we are allowing some collective agreement to dictate our value.

What if instead of attaching our self-worth to money we turned our attention within to discover our REAL value? What would it be like if we determined our value and self-worth by connecting with who we truly are instead of attaching it to pieces of paper?

All the items pictured are “just paper” and their value is fluid. It is our judgment which gives them varying degrees of value. If your self-worth is attached to anything other than the magnificent being that you are, cut the cord, take back your power and connect with that which has real value. YOU!~Shine Your Light Debbie

Eclipse * Comet * Full Moon Trifecta!

The air is charged as we approach a weekend of energy events this weekend. This is truly a “trifecta” for spiritual seekers and awakening souls!

As with all astrological events we can use the powerful and exciting energies to help us on our journey.

Eclipse

Starting at 5:34 P.M. eastern time, people along the east coast will be able to see a penumbral lunar eclipse, when the sun, moon and earth all align. (via Weather.com). In this case there will be a subtle “overshadowing” of the moon. Lunar eclipses signify a time of great change and upheaval. Eclipses put us on the ‘right’ path as they illuminate truth and “eclipse out” that which no longer serves us.

“Eclipses shine the bright light of truth to the part of your life that is touched by the eclipse. Most of the time, eclipses act as brilliant illuminators, revealing a condition that you were unaware existed.”~Susan Miller

We are already feeling the effects of the eclipse so find some amusement, sit back and watch events as they unfold. Sometimes, we know that we are meant to make a change but we aren’t sure what to do. Allow the energies during an eclipse to help you.

Full Moon

Full Moons rule our emotions and pour down a tremendous amount of energy. Whatever is going on in our world will be greatly amplified. When we welcome the powerful lunar energies (instead of resisting them) we can use them to clear deeply stuck energy and emotions.

During the time of a Full Moon it is appropriate to celebrate life and light and to be mindful of all that we have, and all that we have created. It is a time to be curious, to open our hearts, count our blessings and feel the connection we have with ourselves and others.

Combining the energy of the Eclipse with that of the Full Moon, we have an opportunity to embrace and accept our truths as we release anything that was hidden.

Comet 45P

The energy of a comet affects us in many ways. A comet is formed by dust (earth element), ice (water element) and gases such as carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide (air element) in the ancient, distant region. Then they are given energy when they pass the sun (fire element), thawing and releasing the frozen air.

Comets symbolize frozen or stuck energy deep in the abyss of our consciousness such as suppressed emotions or fear. As they warm, they release toxic gases. So too, we are able to release toxic thoughts and the more we release, the more we are able to infuse a new zest for life.

Comets re-set the energy. They inspire new thoughts and new ideas. It’s interesting to note that the Chinese refer to comets as ‘the broom star’. Although they consider them ‘bad luck’ don’t forget that brooms are for cleaning and sweeping away debris. With a clean slate, we have room to bring in more wisdom.

According to Smithsonianmag.com Comet 45P has appeared to have lost it’s tail. That’s a lot of toxic energy release! As a planet (and personally) we have also released a lot of toxic energy. We are clearly coming to an end of an era but we are also bringing in wisdom and light as we birth new thoughts and ideas.

What a wonderful time we will have this weekend as we drink from the cosmic soup to re-boot and recharge. Be sure to pay a little extra attention to your mind, body and spirit. Step Out of the Shadows! It’s Time to Shine!

A shadow is caused by a shape or object placed in front of a light source. In fact without the light, there would be no shadow; It would simply be darkness.

How often does our attention go towards the shadow without a moments thought of the light that’s already there? How often do we get in the way of our light then find ourselves engulfed in the shadows,  never thinking we are good enough because we don’t see the light?

It’s easy to get caught up in the darkness and isolation of the shadow self; To hide and immerse yourself in the shadow of self-doubt, self-loathing or self-punishment and so I now ask….when was the last time you chose to look at your own light?

When was the last time you chose to see at all those places where you really shine? What if doing so was as easy as turning around to look at yourself? Think about it. Where there is a shadow, there is light yet how often do you find yourself staring at the darkness of the shadow? If you are only seeing the shadow side, you are denying the light.

Keep in mind I’m not suggesting shadows are bad. Shadows give us a beautiful perspective when we have our amusement and consider we are being illuminated from another angle.

Creating shadows is great fun! Remember how much you enjoyed making shadow animals on the wall or making shapes in the sunlight?

What I am encouraging you to do here is to turn around, so to speak. Look at your light and not only see it BUT STAND IN IT! See what is already there!

Once you decide to see your light you may even discover the shadow you were so focused on wasn’t even your shadow, it was someone else’s. If you’re trying to “solve” or “fix” something and things aren’t changing it’s a good bet IT IS NOT YOUR ENERGY! Simply allow whatever it is you’ve tried to solve simply ‘be’ then bid it a fond farewell as you let it go.

Are you ready to step out of the shadows? Are you prepared to see your light?  If so, grab your sunglasses because you will truly be in for a treat! You are light and bright and your shadow is fun to play with! Get ready! It is time to shine!~Shine Your Light Debbie

Prepare Yourself for the BLUE MOON! July 31, 2015

Blue Moon 07/31/2015If you’ve ever heard the phrase “once in a blue moon” you’re in for a treat as a second full moon shines brightly in the sky on July 31. (It’s also my birthday!)

Blue moons (in astrology) are not really blue but they certainly are rare. A blue moon occurs every 2.7 years. if you’ve ever said “once in a blue moon” you’d like something to happen, now is the time to put a miracle in motion by consciously setting your intentions.

Harness the energy of a full moon!

All full moons are packed with power and people experience the intense energy in different ways. It’s no coincidence (or surprise) if you been feeling “off” the past couple of days. You may feel an excitement or an unsettled feeling in your belly. You may have trouble sleeping, experience vivid (or lucid) dreams, or feel overwhelmed. If so, feel free to blame it on the energy of the full moon.

Just as the full moon lights up the night sky, so too it lights up and magnifies energies we are working on releasing so we can move forward. This particular Blue Moon is in Aquarius and is asking us to pay loving attention to all our relationships including the one we have with ourselves.

If you take time to ground and allow, this moon will help you gain clarity by illuminating your path and direction.  A full moon can turn your world upside down or give you a boost forward. It all depends on what you do with the energy and information you’re receiving. One note of interest is to think back on any projects or communications you started at the full moon a few weeks ago. This Blue Moon will give you an opportunity to fine tune or complete what you started.

Consciously set intentions!

The power of a full moon is exhilarating. It is the perfect time to consciously let go of fear, set your intentions and put dreams in motion for the future. There is a magical quality about setting intentions on a full moon night because what you put in motion now is carried into the universe to start the process. The light of the moon brings clarity in which direction to go.

What better time to create than under the bright, beautiful light of an event that only happens “once in a blue moon”? Every civilization, culture and many religions have some type of full moon ritual. You too can create your very own personal ritual that honors the energy of the full moon and the energy within YOU.

Have fun with it! Go out and howl at it! Stand under the night sky and embrace the energy of the moon to empower you! Bring the energy in to help ground you. Use it to illuminate a path you haven’t noticed before. Allow the moonlight to shine gently into  any darkness you’d like to heal. Embrace the reflection and release.

Set dreams in motion with the intention that whatever happens is with gratitude and for the highest good of all involved. If there’s something you’ve wanted to do or have happen “once in a blue moon” now is your chance to create the mock-up.

Take this second full moon to reflect on how you relate with yourself and the world. Create a full moon ritual that’s not just for “once in a blue moon”.  There is magic, healing, reflection and release in EVERY full moon. Are You Asking the Right Questions?

Asking the right questionsHave you ever gone looking for an answer to something and no matter what you do, where you look or what you meditate on the answer never comes?

If this has ever happened to you (or is happening now) you might want to ask a different question; Maybe the question you’re asking isn’t really yours!

Now you might be wondering what I mean by “is (are) the question(s) really yours?” What I’m asking you to ask yourself is where are your questions coming from?

Are you asking questions out of habit? Is there programming in place that causes you to ask certain questions or go on a quest to find answers for someone (like a friend or family member) other than yourself?

As an aside, it’s also possible you are receiving answers to the questions you are asking but you don’t necessarily recognize that no answer is THE answer. A perfect example is if you are constantly asking yourself “what is wrong with me?” and you don’t get an answer. Could it be that you’re not receiving an answer because there’s NOTHING wrong with you? Yes, dear ones, in the world of “everything is energy” no answer might actually be THE answer!

If at first you don’t succeed…

When asking questions simply ask a question then allow it to lead you to another question and then another. You may find that when you allow your questions to lead you to other questions your next question might answer to your previous question!

If the same question keeps coming up over and over or you find yourself stuck or in effort, make it a point to change the question. For example if you’re asking why this or that is happening (or hasn’t happened) to you or for you, change the question to “what do I need to clear to create space or raise my having-ness” to move forward?”

This is where you might notice the question wasn’t yours in the first place. Try not to judge whatever comes up for you. Just notice your energy and your thoughts. As spiritual seekers looking to heal, whether you like the answer or not, you are receiving valuable information.

Ask the right questions and the answers find YOU!

All healing starts with not only asking the right questions but continually asking questions. In the grand scheme of things, you don’t know what you don’t know (none of us do) and how will you find out if you don’t continually ask questions? When you ask the right questions the answers WILL find you. Allow your answers to come without expectation OR resistance.

It’s best to be open, in neutral and set your intention to accept the answers even if you don’t necessarily like what they are. If an answer doesn’t seem to come or you feel stuck in a never-ending loop of asking the same question over and over, check to see where the question is coming from or if it’s even yours.

If it’s not yours, let it go and ask a different question. If it IS yours and you’re still stuck, look within to see 1. if you already have the answer but haven’t acknowledged it yet and 2. if you’re asking a question directly related to what it is you really want know. It might be that you’re afraid to ask because you’re afraid of what that answer might be.

When you ask the right questions, you will receive answers. You may find that your question keeps leading you back to you because really, you already have your answers. Your answers live in your heart, your mind and your curious spirit. Look inside! You have a treasure trove of answers just waiting for you!~Shine Your Light Debbie

Forgive Them…It’s Not Who They Are

As spirits in human form we came here to learn and experience something different.

Although spirit is bright, pure love there are some lessons that come from our all to very human choices and with those choices we occasionally get hurt.

I know it seems counter intuitive to most healers and those focused on healing themselves but there are some who take longer than others to awaken and heal themselves.

Sadly there are some so full of pain they cannot see who they are and they, consciously or unconsciously, inflict pain or cause conflict and drama. One of the reasons it’s so difficult to forgive those who have hurt us is there is something inside of us we need to heal or forgive ourselves for.

We must develop and maintain the capacity to forgive. He who is devoid of the power to forgive is devoid of the power to love. There is some good in the worst of us and some evil in the best of us. When we discover this, we are less prone to hate our enemies.~Martin Luther King, Jr.

There is power and freedom in forgiveness. There is healing and peace in forgiveness but the healing must begin with forgiving ourselves first. Those who have hurt us do so because there was a level of trust and expectation on our part.  We cannot control others. We cannot make them treat us fairly; Be honest with us or love us.

Forgiveness doesn’t mean you allow people to continue to hurt you. You forgive them for what they did because they were not aware of themselves enough to recognize that what they did was because of deep-set fear or pain within themselves. You forgive yourself for allowing them to hurt you because you allowed yourself to be vulnerable, open and perhaps unaware they were not ready to “have” you as you are.

Most of us are not Gandhi, Amma, Rumi or Buddha and we are not exempt from having hurt someone in our world at some point. It is part of being human. All we can do is our best. All we can do is be the best and most loving creatures we can. It is why forgiveness is a part of love.

Take the path of forgiveness that comes directly from your heart and forgive those who have wronged you. Forgive those who have hurt you. Forgive yourself for making a mistake or judging.

How to Find Time to Meditate AND Actually Meditate!

MeditateIf you have difficulty sitting down to meditate, you are not alone!

First there’s the time factor. Technology has made it easier than ever to schedule every moment of our day because we’re always connected.

Not too long ago if we were expecting a phone call, we sat at home or at the office waiting for it. Now we can take that call where ever we are.

With an ever-growing list of responsibilities at the forefront of our lives we schedule ourselves silly and unless we schedule in our meditation time or “me time” there won’t be any. We must MAKE the time just to sit down and focus on our breath. Is it just me or is something wrong with that picture? Now before you go thinking I’m some scheduling Guru, I can assure you I don’t always ‘schedule’ time for myself. 

The problem is, the less time I find to meditate, the less time it seems I HAVE to meditate; Or do anything else for that matter. In fact, on the days I make time to meditate I’m not only more effective and less overwhelmed completing my tasks, but I actually have MORE time (left over) in my day. I’m not really sure what this phenomenon is, but I can tell you from personal experience it’s true!

So you’ve scheduled in the time to meditate and now comes an even bigger challenge…actually meditating! I hear all the time from my clients, friends and energy worker colleagues how challenging it is to quiet the mind once you do sit down. I not only hear it from them but for as long as I’ve meditated there are times it’s challenging for me too.

Yes, I know what happens. You settle in, start to calm things down and then suddenly remember some task you forgot to complete or phone call that must be made or something that just has to be done right at that moment. Maybe you need to check Facebook or Twitter one last time…. Or you left the laundry in the washer….or you need to feed the cat or dog. Sound familiar?

We’ve become so used to “doing”, “responding” and not wanting to miss anything, it’s challenging even under the best of circumstances to quiet all of it down. What I’d like you to notice in all of that is the biggest challenge we have is bringing our attention back to ourselves. Tuning in to our breath. Focusing on OUR OWN needs.

One of the reasons (there are several but for the sake of keeping this less than a full novel I’ll only address one or two) it’s so challenging is because all our attention and energy is caught up in those things outside of us. It’s not that WE stop ourselves from inner peace and calm, it’s the energies we answer to that don’t want us to turn our attention inward.

Makes sense right? If we take a moment to get organized around our own energy, thoughts, wants and needs, who will take care of everyone else’s energy, thoughts, wants and needs? Once we start healing ourselves, others cannot control us, or get us to heal them, or give up our space to them so easily. Also, when you meditate consistently, your life begins to change rapidly.

You’ve heard the sayings “misery loves company” or “we love you don’t ever change”? Well, you can choose to be in that company or you can choose to move on. You can choose to stay the same and not change; Repeating the same patterns your whole life or you can acknowledge that when you sit down to meditate there may be other energies trying to stop you.

It’s important to recognize that in taking the path of healing and light, there are some that may not choose to go with you. They may not want to change and it may make them uncomfortable that you do. This doesn’t make them bad or unaware. It just might be they are on a different journey and not ready to step up in the same way, at the same time, you are. Acknowledge and validate where others are in their life. It’s ok for you to be where you are and it’s ok for them to be where they are.

Honor and respect others choices. The journey within is not about judging others or getting them to do it with you. It’s just the opposite. It’s caring for yourself and your needs. It’s about bringing your energy and attention back to you so you can be more of who you are and in doing so, by being around you, others have permission to (choose to) heal and be themselves.

If you find it difficult or downright impossible to sit down and meditate on any given day, try it for 5 or 10 minutes, then come back and do another 5 or 10 minutes later. In other words, give yourself a break. You might just be dealing with SO MUCH ENERGY that’s not yours it takes a while to clear.

So, schedule a meditation date with yourself and honor your “me time”. Although there are times when you need to break up the meditation (time), try to hang in there with a simple “breathe and release”. Break up the energy instead of the length of your mediation. Is There Illegal Dumping Going On in Your Space?

wasteIs someone mistaking your kindness for an agreement to dump their problems and/or pain into your space? Do people come into your life, hand you their problems then disappear as if they were never there? If you’ve been dumped on, are you OK with that?

My guess is that your probably NOT ok with someone dumping their pain into your space or running it through you.

The disturbing part of being dumped on is when we wake up to the fact that at some level we were taught (or programmed) to allow it and we, whether knowingly or unknowingly, are agreeing to it. Healers are particularly susceptible to this programming.

These “give me your pain” or as I like to call them “pass the pain” agreements exist between friends, lovers, family members and colleagues. Of course we want to “problem solve”. Of course we want to lend a compassionate ear. Of course we want to help others through difficult times. Of course we are there to support and heal those we love BUT that doesn’t mean we have to take on their pain or run it through us.

Why and When did we Agree?

I know you’re thinking (not because I’m clairvoyant but because I’ve pondered the question myself) “no way did I agree to take on that pain”. I’m their friend, lover, family (fill in the blank) and agreed to help them, heal them or hold their hand but I DID NOT agree to actually take that pain into me. Well my friends, at some level you did and it may simply be you are such a capable healer that you can.

It could be a Karmic agreement or quite possibly you want someone to love or like you. You may have been taught to do this to make others more comfortable or you may have learned it was more comfortable for you. Counter-intuitive I know but sometimes it’s easier for us to clear the pain for others than to actually watch them be in pain. There are as many reasons for the agreements we make as people on the planet. Every one is different and in a lifetime of pasts, presents and futures it’s up to each of us to uncover our truth about why and when.

What About Energy Vampires?

There is a lot of talk about energy vampires and less about getting dumped on although if you really take a long hard look,  those we consider the “Energy Vampires” sucking our energy dry, are the ones doing some of the dumping.

Funny thing is, we wouldn’t allow a stranger to dump on us now would we? Isn’t is interesting that those who “dump” are usually the ones closest to us at some level. The ones who know exactly how to push our buttons and the more we resist, the easier it is for them to dump!

One of the reasons we allow them to do it time and time again is because we love them. We don’t want to see them in pain. Many times I see healers who would rather be in pain themselves than allow another to be in pain. In the case of co-workers, colleagues and bosses we allow it so we are accepted as a part of the team or to keep the peace and our jobs.

Dumping Awareness

The dumpers aren’t necessarily aware they are dumping, and we may not be aware we’ve been dumped on until after the fact. Do you notice people or connections who come into your life then, in the blink of an eye, they leave and you don’t know why? Does your business go up and down or you go through periods of feast or famine? Guess what? Those are PRIME indicators you’ve been dumped on!

Stop the Madness!

It’s time we all stop the “pass the pain” “give it to me” syndrome. We don’t have to run others pain through us. The secret is to simply end the agreement. Clear the programming that says we should allow another to dump or run their pain through us.

Own your space by filling it with you. Fill it with compassion and love. Radiate from a place of your being. Be love and compassion. That, my friends, is what allows others to heal. Clean up the resistance and mess. Plant new seeds to grow. Create new thought processes and consciously decide to do it differently.

Treat those who dump with love and compassion. Just as you learned to allow the dumping, they learned it’s ok to do it AND just by you acknowledging and not taking on their pain, you are teaching them not to dump but to heal. We all have the ability to heal ourselves and we are here to help each other but that doesn’t mean we have to take on the pain of others to do it.~Shine Your Light Debbie

When was the last time you tried something new? When was the last time you stepped outside of your comfort zone by simply changing the route you walk (or drive) to work? Went to see a play or movie? Visited a friend you haven’t seen in a while? Went to a new restaurant, visited an art museum or took a walk in nature? When was the last time you did something you used to enjoy but, due to the busy-ness of life, haven’t done it in a long time?

Maybe your “routine” has become a habit and maybe that very routine is keeping you from flourishing and moving forward! How about shifting that routine from the unaware mundane to the aware and exciting?!!! How about shaking it up a bit to increase your awareness?!!

Our routines become our habits and our habits become those areas where we have the least awareness! If you’ve felt stuck, depressed, you’re having a challenge releasing energy and/or it feels like there’s no forward movement in your life maybe it’s time to try something new and exciting!

When we get used to focusing on the negative and releasing the same things over and over we are actually causing a habit to be born. Anything we do day in and day out, in other words our routine, leads us to go on auto pilot. Of course there are times when this works in our favor like flossing and brushing your teeth every day or choosing healthy foods. Those are for sure good habits to have BUT when it comes to energy work the routine becomes the mundane and no longer feeds your spirit and soul.

The more comfortable in our routines the harder it is to create change and transformation. No matter how much we want things to change there is an element of fear that comes up. We even get comfortable in our pain. Why? Because it’s all too familiar! We know how to deal with it. The reality is that “life begins at the end of your comfort zone”~Neale Donald Walsh

There are empirical studies that show if you repeat a behavior often enough, your “synaptic pathways are going to get worn.” Well, what if we consciously, mind-fully and gently re-energize our synaptic pathways?

How about we shake things up a bit? How about we stop “waiting” for things to clear, “waiting” for inspiration or “waiting” for someone else to give us a break? How about we “shift” our routine, “shift” the mundane, get un-stuck and bring a little excitement into our lives? The “Shake it Up, Try Something New Challenge” is easy. All you have to do is commit to doing something new, or something you haven’t done in a long time, every week for the next couple of months.

The new (or renewed) can be a simple as moving your mat to the other side of the room in yoga class or getting up early to go for a walk. Maybe discover a new restaurant or try a new food. Take an art class, visit a museum, or schedule lunch with a friend. It can also be more daring and out of the box like skydiving or climbing a mountain. Whatever it is for you that’s new or something you’ve wanted to do for a long time…go ahead. DO IT!

Solar Flares Wreak Havoc on Healers and Sensitives!

Feeling like your energy is off? You might want to consider the impact of the solar flares expected to hit the earth today! The energy of the sun is powerful and as healers, empaths, or anyone sensitive to energy for that matter, you are going to feel that energy.

The effects of cosmic events such as solar flares are different  for each person but for sure if you a sensitive to energy you’re going to feel it in some way, shape or form. You may have trouble sleeping or feel a bit “buzzy”. For some, the extra energy will cause pain or illness to suddenly “flare up” among other things.

The flare, called a “coronal mass ejection” actually happened on Tuesday and hit Earth’s magnetic field at its heaviest last night and this morning. It is expected to cause problems with communication systems as well as GPS and navigation. Any time the earth’s magnetic field is affected like this so to are our bodies and energy systems.

If you’re used to running cosmic and earth energy you’ve already felt the indirect effects of the flares since Tuesday. This is not something you can fix or solve but it helps to be aware you are getting hit with a lot more energy than usual.

There are a couple of things you CAN do for the next couple of days to calm your energy. One is to turn it down. Set the intent when you’re meditating or running energy to bring in only what you need. It’s also a good idea to check your grounding and bring in more earth energy to balance out the magnetic shift. Check in with yourself to see what feels right to you. Be gentle with your body since it is directly effected by the earth’s magnetic field.

On a bright note, solar flares bring beauty to the earth. Depending on where you’re located the Aurora Borealis has expanded its field of view. Check your local “star-gazing” site to see if you’ll be able to watch the Northern Lights shimmering low on the horizon in your area. Meanwhile check in with yourself, turn it down a bit and re-ground! ~Shine Your Light Debbie
