Have you ever taken a moment to consider that you are a perfectly PERFECT being?! Your energy is perfect! Your essence as a being is perfect!

Your very perfect energy FEELS GOOD in your body! It flows through you! When you have YOUR energy in your body and the space around you there is a sense of ease.

Your energy feels familiar, comfortable and powerful all at the same time! Your spiritual energy vibration is YOURS! It belongs to you and only YOU! 🙂

If you’ve never thought about how perfect you are…WHY NOT? This is not about ego. In fact take the ego part of it out of the equation because what I’m talking about has nothing to do with ego. It’s about YOU the spiritual being and YOUR energy!

Your unique spirit came into the physical body to have a variety of experiences. Some are considered “good”, some are considered “bad” but nonetheless they are experiences and you learn from them. This is the HUMAN part 🙂

What is happening in your life and everything going on around you is just that….an experience. Those experiences are all OUTSIDE of you. They are not who you are nor should they define you. When you embrace your perfect BEING-NESS by turning your attention within you can sit back comfortably and watch the show!

As human beings we are far from perfect. It could even be said that we are IMperfect! But consider for a moment what PERFECTLY IMPERFECT human beings we are! Yes I think we are ALL perfectly imperfect in one way or another.

When you are being a perfectly IMperfect Human that is the time to remind yourself that there is so much more to you! Remind yourself that your spirit is perfect and everything else is a learning experience.

So next time you are moving through a perfectly imperfect human experience, remember that you are a perfectly perfect being! Turn your attention within and forgive yourself. Embrace ALL that you are, WHO you are meant to be, and WHAT you want to create!

Now, repeat after me…I AM A PERFECTLY PERFECT BEING, being human AND A PERFECTLY IMPERFECT HUMAN being! Therefore *I’M*PERFECT! Shine your light~Debbie

Although I’ve been working on another post, as we head into this Valentine’s weekend it seems most appropriate to talk about matters of the heart 🙂 LOVE, ROMANCE AND LOVE AFFAIRS! Now, how fun is that?! What if I told you that you can have the most amazing, passionate, romantic love affair you’ve ever experienced? Well, you CAN and it all begins with YOU!

Love is an energy vibration that already exists within you. It is not something outside of you that you have to go looking for. I recently came across a quote: “Seeking love outside yourself stops you from realizing it within.” (~Author Unknown) Personally I think that quote gets right to the heart of the matter! 😉

Think of it in these terms: What does it feel like when you are attracted to someone when you first meet? There are sparks! You light up! There are butterflies in your stomach! Your heart skips a beat! What is causes that? I can tell you some certainty that what you are feeling is YOUR energy coming alive! When you fall IN LOVE you are in YOUR love!

When it rains it pours! Feast or famine! Have you ever noticed that when you are in love and having an amazing love affair how much attention you get? I have many single friends who tell me they either don’t have any dates or the dates are coming fast and furious! Have you or do you know someone who met a special someone “when least expected?” It is more than likely that you stopped looking and decided to just go with the flow. In other words, you turned your attention within and began living life from what makes you happy. Other people NOTICE that energy! !

When you generate the your own unique energy of love, and have YOUR energy in YOUR space there is nothing more attractive. So I ask you now to look inside yourself and take notice of how much you love yourself. Humor me here and use your psychic ability…just for fun! If you don’t want to call it being psychic then use your imagination! 🙂

What do you see? How do you feel about yourself and your body? Have you “lost that lovin’ feeling”? Have you ever said something to the effect of ‘I gave it everything I had’. Newsflash! If you’re not feeling romance, love and passion…not to mention the grandest energy of all…what it feels like when you are having a love affair, you may have given it away!

If you feel empty inside…you ARE! You gave away your energy! Here’s the good news! You can call back your energy, generate it from within and have a love affair with yourself! This is not about ego. It’s about loving yourself, romancing yourself and feeling good about ALL you are and WHO you are. It’s about you having the energy to be able to GIVE to someone! It’s about being in and generating YOUR love vibration and having affinity for yourself! How can someone love you the way you want to be loved if you don’t love yourself that way? How can someone treat you the way you wish to be treated if you don’t do that for yourself? How can someone respect you if you don’t respect yourself?

Whether you are seeking love or have found it but don’t feel that romantic spark check in with yourself to see how you are feeling. If you are not feeling like you are having the grandest love affair of your life…CALL BACK YOUR ENERGY! Fill up with all that is YOU! Write yourself a love letter! Send yourself a valentine! Begin to generate from within all that love you have to give and see what happens! Have a grand love affair with yourself and see who else wants to join in! HAPPY VALENTINE’S DAY!
