ALL FOR ONE & ONE FOR ALL?

Yes, you do see a question mark after the title! Is it really “all for one and one for all” in the quest for ‘oneness’? The answer…yes AND no.

You can find literally thousands of quotes, blogs and postings about how we are all of one universal mind, one universal consciousness, and that we should strive to connect, return to and become part of the one. In fact when I googled it there were over 2 BILLION search results that came up!

What about becoming “one” with yourself? It’s very noble to send out love and light, heal the world and be a part of the divine sea of consciousness but when was the last time you gave yourself the same amount of love, light and healing that you are sending out?

One of the best things you can do is heal and become one with yourself first. You are a divine, unique spirit and when you bring all that back to you, you ignite a flame within. Your creativity as an individual adds to the whole and enriches everyone you come in contact with!

If you want to touch the life of another, touch your own life. If you want to send out love & light, the best way to do this is to turn it around and shine it on you! Everything you do for YOU will affect and change the world around you.

Many find this concept selfish but really it has the opposite effect! When you allow yourself to bring all that love, light and healing into your body and life, you will have more to give. You create for yourself the healing you wish to see in the world.

Your divinity and higher consciousness resides within you. It is not something that you have to search for outside of you. Each of us is a unique, divine being with a right to shine, create and live a purposeful life filled with happiness, love & peace.

Turn your attention within to find your inner peace, divinity and uniqueness as spirit. The next time you want to send out healing love & light, first take a moment to give that to yourself. Next time you are praying for someone, first say a prayer for you.  

Embody and BE in “oneness” with the love & light you wish to share with the world and watch not only the transformation around you but the transformation of YOU! ~Shine Your Light Debbie

You are a PRICELESS GEM!

YOU are a priceless diamond!! You are multi-faceted, have your own unique color, clarity, depth and sparkle! There is no way to put a value on all that is you! YOU ARE PRICELESS!

As you may know, a diamond starts out as a very hard rock and must be cut & polished to become a brilliant shining gem.

There is an art to cutting and the rock is so hard that it must cut with diamond-bladed edges. So, in order to create the shiny diamond, a diamond must be used!

Once the diamond has been cut to its perfect shape, it must be polished to reveal its true depth, clarity and sparkle. Have you caught on to where I’m going with this yet? 🙂

Are you a diamond in the rough surrounded and stuck in what seems like a ‘rock’ of programming and you are waiting to artfully cut yourself out?

Have you uncovered who you are, finding your perfect ‘shape’ and want to polish up so you can sparkle and shine even more brilliantly?

What sometimes can feel like a hard impenetrable rock is energy and you don’t need to be stuck in the middle of it! Much like using a diamond-bladed edge to cut a diamond, your energy, which belongs in your space, can cut through the ‘rock’ effortlessly and the rest falls away!

Although cutting a diamond requires specialized knowledge, tools, equipment, and techniques because of its extreme hardness, a diamond cutter didn’t miraculously wake up with all the techniques and equipment, knowing what to do. They had a little help and direction along the way! 🙂

Meditation is a wonderful tool to help you reveal and bring back your sparkle! Once you let go of the ‘rock’ you’ll shine up quite nicely don’t you think! 

You already have your answers within. You already know who you are, what you want to create and how to live from your brilliant self if you choose to!

What can happen is there are times when you get so caught up in the middle of other energies, you can lose a bit of perspective. Your brilliance can get dulled. Even a diamond needs to be cleaned every now and then. 🙂

If you don’t quite feel like a master diamond cutter yet that’s ok! Every skill takes time to master 🙂 If you don’t have the tools, you can learn them and by all means don’t hesitate to ask for some help and direction along the way!

You are a precious gem to behold! Just uncover, polish and shine up your sparkly self! Remember that you are priceless and feeling anything less is not your energy! Shine on you crazy diamonds! ~Shine your light! Debbie
